We offer small (10 ft), medium (20 ft) and large (40 ft) private containers. Small suits boxes, seasonal items and a studio's worth of belongings; medium is the usual choice for a two or three-bedroom home; large handles a full household move or business inventory. Availability of each size varies, so confirm with us before you plan a move date.

Can I share a storage unit with someone else?

The rental agreement is held by one named customer, who is responsible for the unit and its contents. You can give a partner, family member or colleague access by sharing your key, but the agreement stays in your name. For businesses needing several people to access stock, tell us and we'll set the arrangement up properly.

Price depends on the container size you take, how long you're staying and what's available when you book. Longer commitments generally cost less per month than a single month. Rather than advertise a headline rate for a unit that may not be free, we quote the actual unit you'd be renting — usually the same day you ask.

No. Storage runs on a rolling monthly agreement, so you can stay for one month or several years. If you know you'll need the unit long term, say so when you enquire — longer terms are priced more favourably. To leave, give us notice as set out in your agreement and clear the unit.

Deposit terms are confirmed on your quote before you sign anything, so you know the full move-in cost up front. Where a deposit applies it is refundable at the end of the rental, provided the unit is emptied and left in the condition you received it. Ask us to confirm the figure for the size you want.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can reach your unit during the facility's opening hours — the current hours are confirmed when you book and shown at the gate. We don't advertise 24/7 access, because the compound is gated and monitored rather than permanently staffed. If you need an unusual visit time, contact us in advance and we'll do what we can.

Can I drive right up to my storage unit?

Yes — that's one of the main advantages of container storage. Cars, vans and small removal lorries can pull up beside the container door and load or unload directly, with no corridors, lifts or trolleys in between. It saves time on moving day and makes heavy furniture much easier to handle.

Can I have items delivered to or collected from my unit?

Deliveries and collections can usually be arranged, but they need to happen while the site is open and, in most cases, while you or someone you authorise is present — we don't accept goods on your behalf by default. Let us know what you're expecting and we'll agree the arrangement in advance.

Yes. The compound is designed around vehicle access, with space to park beside your container while you load or unload. Larger vans and removal vehicles can manoeuvre on site. If you're arriving with a big lorry or a trailer, mention it when you book so we can point you to the easiest route in.

Security is layered: a fenced, gated compound with controlled entry, recorded CCTV covering the site, lighting after dark, and steel containers that are far harder to breach than a garage or garden store. Yes — the compound and unit doors are covered by recorded CCTV, and footage is retained so incidents can be reviewed. Cameras support the fencing, gate control and lighting rather than replacing them. You're welcome to see the setup for yourself when you come for a viewing.

Every container is closed with a single customer's own padlock, and we don't keep a copy of your key. That means no member of staff can open your unit without you. We can advise on a suitable heavy-duty padlock — closed-shackle types resist bolt cutters far better than standard ones.

Your belongings are not automatically insured by renting a unit — cover is your responsibility, as at any self storage facility. Some household policies extend to goods in storage; others don't. Check with your insurer, and if you'd rather arrange cover through us, ask and we'll explain the options and what they exclude.

Shipping containers are sealed steel boxes built to cross oceans, so they keep out rain, dust, insects and pests. In the Cyprus climate the main thing to manage is condensation: store everything clean and fully dry, avoid sealing items in plastic, and add a few moisture absorbers for fabrics, paper or electronics.

What items can't be stored?

For safety and legal reasons you can't store illegal goods, flammable or explosive materials, gas cylinders, fuel, hazardous or toxic chemicals, perishable food, waste, plants or any living creature. Vehicles, firearms and anything requiring a licence must be agreed with us first. The full list is in the rental agreement, which we go through with you before you sign.

Yes, and furniture stores very well when prepared properly. Clean and dry every piece, disassemble beds, tables and shelving, keep fixings in labelled bags taped to the item, and use breathable covers rather than sealed plastic. Load heavy pieces first and along the walls, with boxes and lighter items stacked on top.
